This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices regarding the processing of personal data collected in the context of the registration and participation to the IP career, including the type of information we collect and how we use such information.
Your data are collected by Dennemeyer Consulting GmbH, with registered office in Landaubogen 1-3 München, represented by its Managing Director Mr. Dominique Christ. Dennemeyer Consulting GmbH shares personal data with affiliated and partner companies, which are indirectly under common control with Dennemeyer Consulting GmbH (hereinafter “Dennemeyer IP Group”).
The Dennemeyer IP Group has appointed Mr. Peter Rother as data protection officer; he can be contacted by email at dataprotectionofficer@dennemeyer.com.

2. Recipients; Transfer to third countries
Your personal data are shared with other Dennemeyer entities of the Dennemeyer IP Group.
Dennemeyer uses third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf to manage the website and some activities that can be performed through it.
3. Categories of personal data, processing activities, purpose of collection and legal basis for the collection
By visiting this website and submitting a registration form, the Dennemeyer IP Group collects your IP address and log information of your activity on the website as well as your name, surname, position, and other details provided by filling out the registration form. No sensitive personal is collected.
Such personal data are stored on a dedicated internal database, used to send communication regarding the IP career, used to manage the registration, used to invoice fees if applicable and check entrance and participation to the event.
The personal data collected this way are used for the purpose of permitting and managing the participation of visitors and exhibitors to the IP career. As visitor of the IP career, Dennemeyer uses your personal data based on a contract directly with you as visitor of the event.
As exhibitor at the IP career, Dennemeyer uses your personal data based on a legitimate interest of communicating with you in the context of the event management and organization.
Where consent is provided by the registrant, personal data are used to send informative emails regarding IP matters, invitation to events organized by Dennemeyer, or information about services offered by Dennemeyer.
During the IP career the Dennemeyer IP Group reserves the right to take photographs or to make video recordings. If you don’t want to be on photos or videos please inform the Dennemeyer IP Group in advance by contacting the IP career contact person and please communicate this again on site at the event.
4. Your rights
If such rights are granted by the data protection laws applicable to you and to the extent in which this is provided by such laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- request access
- request rectification
- request erasure
- request restriction of processing
- object to processing
- request data portability.
All requests for exercising the above-mentioned rights should be sent to dataprivacy@dennemeyer.com.
Additionally, should you wish to exercise the above-mentioned rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Since Dennemeyer is part of a group of companies located in different countries, the lead supervisory authority is in Luxembourg.
5. Retention period
This information will be stored for 10 years after the end of the event.
Personal data collected based on consent, will be retained until your consent is withdrawn. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending a request by email to dataprivacy@dennemeyer.com.
